Widget fatal error message

So I can upload any widgets or edit any for that matter. This is what it says on my ACP > Widget.

Did either of you uninstall and then reinstall the CMS? If so, your contenttypes may be messed up and you should put in a ticket and include information for us to take a look at your database.

I have this EXACT same issue! Did you guys ever find a fix?

It was from uninstalling a product before uninstalling the widgets that they had created using the product.
