Need Help in Skin Issu

when ever i install any skin it show me orignal skin colors how to fix this problem plz help me out . i have installed many dark skins but it show me only orignal vb skin wy. where i am going wronge and tryied to make skin with style genrator but problem is same.

Do you allow users to select styles - AdminCP > Settings > Options > Styles > Allow Users to Change Styles > Yes.

No. but when i upload new skin XML it dos't show any changes in main CSS

The Main CSS page is not used in vB4. All the CSS changes are done via StyleVars and the .css templates.
