[HELP] Adding games

When i am adding games in the admin cp from the .tar section i go down to install all games and instead of installing new ones it keeps installing the ones already installed so it then gives the arcade about 5 of the same game each time and the ones i want to install remain uninstalled it the first time it happend it came up 60 new games then when i did it again 58 new games everytime i click install all games it adds 2 less games but doesnt add the ones i want unless i do it one by one is there anyway to sort this problem to stop it installing gmes that have already been installed?

Hopefully manage to get this sorted could it be a certain game causing problems?
