Hi guys. I've attached a pic of what my Manager screen looks like. It won't allow me to select anything and I don't know how to fix it.

Can anyone help?

Odd. Go to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions - do any *default* vbulletin files show up on that list (I don't care about mod files, only default vbulletin files)?

What about maintenance > diagnostics > Problematic Webserver Modules - does anything show up there?

Hi Lynne,

This is what I'm getting when I go there:
Diagnostics

Suhosin
Module Loaded No

mod_security
AJAX Unicode Issue No
Results
The above setting will indicate if mod_security is preventing some AJAX requests from being submitted to vBulletin. If this shows Yes then you either need to disable mod_security or change the AJAX settings with the vBulletin Options and disable Problematic features.

Is there anyway to uninstall/reinstall to fix the problem?

I don't know what happened, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I can't install any widgets without first doing this.

Can someone please give me their two cents?

Who knows. Try updating again (re-upload all the files). Turn off/uninstall all your mods. Open a support ticket.

No, I didn't forget about you and in fact just saw somebody else with the same issue. It was from a modification. I believe you put in a ticket and I answered you.
