Is there a mod or somthing else that can alter my newthread page.

i wan't an extra line or search box for user who's user reputation is given.

so they maybe search the forum first and then if they can't find it post a new thread.

maybe some kind of time lock on the new thread feature.

Hae you done a search at all? I'm pretty sure I've seen mods where you have to search before creating a new thread.

Yes i did search on newthread and in that list i couldn't find anything.
I don't know on what keyword i should search.

oke that's a bit i want but is it also possible that the user has to perform a search first before posting.
