How to create a layout/grid with widgets?
Okay I just found out how, VbAdvanced.
[S]Hi guys, I just bought the full 4.1.1 suite with cms and blogs and now I'm trying to change the layout of the main page. My question is how to make a main page like this image (attachment) and add sections to the main page, like latest posts, calendar, etc. I tried every option but none of them seems clear to me, I don't know if is needed to download or create a custom grid. I also installed the MGC chat box, but I don't know how to activate the chat, even the chat box options says it's activated but I can't see it. Any help is appreciated, thanks. [/S] |

Hi do not know much but I can explain the basics of what you want.
First of all you go into your control panel of your website To create, edit and configure widgets to enter vulletin cms / widgets And to add them or arrange them in the cms go to: vbulletin cms / layoutmaneger and edit home option There you add the widgets you want it to be displayed in inches and fits your taste. Greeting I use this chat and the best because the other one is in the image gives many problems https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=236970 |

But I don't know how to display it in my main content page, there's no a clear option to do this, even if I make a new widget all the options are unclear to me. The layout manager only arranges the widgets, but there's no option on how to display the chat in the main page. |

You have to make sure that the section you are putting it into in layout manager is the same section you are checking for it to be displayed on the cms page.
