Apologise if this is in the wrong section. What is the best Notification pop up to use for vB 4.1.xx

Looked through a few in the mods section but cant really find what im looking for. Would like members to have a larger notification when a private message is sent to them.

In the adminCP

Settings >> Options >> User Registration Options
Default Registration Options
Pop up a Notification Box When a Private Message is Received (tickbox)

Maintenance >> Execute SQL Query (note if you cant run a Query)
Than you will need to run a Automatic Query
in the drop down box pick
