Hi, I want to keep [code] bbcode and create a new one based on it. Can anyone please share with me what to add into the Replacement box.

I don't think there's anything you can put in the replacement box, I think [code] is handled specially by some php code in includes/class_bbcode.php. But it may be possible to write a plugin to do what you want.
