I am new to vbulletin, I want to know hot to put the What´s going on window on the left and not in the bottom

what do u mean bottom? should be next to "forum"

It's not easy. Basically you can copy the code from where it is to where you want it, but this is not for a novice. Especially since to get it in a left sidebar you would have to reformat everything.
