Custom Widget based on Form addon.
Hi guys. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start with this. I'm using the custom form addon to allow submissions to the site and saving them in the database.
If you're not familiar with the addon... The submissions are saved in the table formresults with Form ID{The id of the form submitted} and user ID {id of the user that submitted the form} and a title field. I'd like to create a widgit that will show the users their submissions, I'll add the link to edit them later but for now I just want to show the forms they have submitted for the first 3 forms I've got. Each user will use the forms several times so I need to give them easy access to edit previous entries which is the point of this. I'm making a sort of "My Submissions" page for them to gain access to what they have submitted. So, what's the easiest way to go about doing this? I've thought of making a quick RSS feed of the submissions and then using the RSS feed widgit but I don't know how to then tell the widgit which users submissions to pull. I know there's a better way to attack this but I'm not super familiar with the VB template syntax stuff. |
