how to configure expand/collapse forums

Hi,

If you look at the following forums on this site: http://www.nappturality.com/forum/

you will see the name of the forum is in the 'header' in which you can collapse/expand the forum. I thought this would be a configuration setting in the Forum Listing Display options because I saw the number of levels but it does not appear to be.

Is this a special template? Something I would need to purchase to get this functionality?
