Moving vb 3.8 to new server

Hi, i have question how can i move my forum on new server. I have buy new server and only want to move files from old server.
I have thry to only move /forum folder with all files and msql detabase move with cpanel backup->restore, then i changed config.php but then i get: "Database error".

I dont think this is good solution to move, but can anyone tell mi what is procedure to move all on new server?

After moving the /forum folder, did you edit the config.php to put in your new database information? Like it says here: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/editconfig

yes i have, but now i see strange things, cpanel backup->restore msql database didnt transfer all tables from msql database :S

now i donwload database with phpmyadmin, i was do wery long ago, and if i remeber i must have some sort of dumper for big msql database to upload on new server? or im wrong?

database size is 250mb...
