It's just a phrase. Do a Search in Phrases for the current phrase and then modify it.

i edited template of register and its done.
Is that safe to modify template ?
but don't know how to modify phrase.
please tell me whats the phrases name and how to edit ?

As I said, do a Search in Phrases for it - admincp > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases > enter some of the phrase text > search.
