Hello,

I would like to ask sth about skin & templates upgrading in vbulletin 4.

As many designers release a version and do not upgrade it to suit newer versions of vBulletin I would like to ask if there is any article about how sb could manually update the skin by himself in order to suite the latest vBulletin available.

No, there is no article. You would want to go through any templates that you have modified in your skin and that vb has upgraded in that upgrade and do a compare of the two. See if new classes were added or new lines of html. Do that for all templates and .css templates.
