No Access to my page by the URL

This morning I found a problem accesing my page.

I use Suit v.4.1.1

Before you could access with the url (www.mypage.com) to the index of my forum (or www.mypage.com/content.php), but now when you try that it shows a Host Error.

You can access to the forum using the directs urls (like www.mypage.com/forum.php or www.mypage.com/content.php).

Why is this happening? How do I solve this issue? What do I need to do, exactly?

I've just found another issue with my CSS: it only show the predetermine style, even if I'm using another... Could this be part of the other issue?
