No 'Arcade Menu' in admin cp

In the install instructions it says 'Expand the menu "Arcade" in the left AdminCP-menu'

For whatever reason I don't have this. I uploaded everything and edited the templates but I didn't CHMOD to 777 until AFTER I edited the template. Could this be the reason and how do I fix it if it is?

777 only has to do with uploading / adding new games "permissions"..

you need to re-import the .xml file allow over write...
and make sure ALL files where uploaded to the correct dir's
most likely you are missing files.
