is there any mod or anyone want to make a mod for this ?

to show the What's Going On? box only for:
1) usergroup
2) user name
3) IP

Default

To set it by usergroup go to usergroup manager in admin cp, edit the usergroup and go to Who's Online Permissions - and you can allow or block it per usergroup.
