Double Search results for Comment-Forum and articles

Hi there!

I realized that a search for a special term will lead to TWO searchresults, one in CMS-Comments-Forum (the topic that starts with "Read article") and the other one is the artice itself.

You can avoid double search results by simply deny anyone to search the CMS-Comments-Forum. But that will also avoid to search through the comments of an article because the comments are posts in the topic in the CMS-Comments-Forum that you're not allowed to search.

Any idea how to solve this? I'd like to do a search and find terms I'm searching also in comments of articles in CMS but don't want to get these results twice like show in my attachment....
