Are there any mods similar like the iTrader System but to rate items. For example someone could make a thread with an item, give it a review and rate it and allow other to add reviews for that items and their ratings.

Anything like this available?

There is also a mod here called helpful answers. Not really a review mod, but lets people mark a post helpful. The other mod I mentioned is more of a review mod allowing you to write a review and have people rate that review.
