vB 3.8: How do I insert a banner between forums (not categories) on FORUMHOME?

I have exhausted everything I know and conducted multiple google searches to no avail.

I have found just about everything under the sun related to google adsense implementation in every place BUT between specific forums on the FORUMHOME page using template conditionals.

I figured out which template affects the look/feel of my forum index page (forumhome_forumbit_level2_post), but I can't seem to figure out the proper way to forulate a conditional that would allow me to add an additional row between two forums and place specific code in that row.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Please ignore this. A little more trial and error and I figured out that placing a conditional that contains $forum['forumid'] and specifying the forum that I want the ad to appear below worked by placing this code at the end of the template!
