Improving Look of CMS

Folks,
Changing the look of my CMS is really driving me bats. Please tell me that someone has a style out there that makes the containers around the articles look and feel like the forum? CMPS had containers that maintained the look of vb. I miss that. Heck, even if they were similar to the sidebars, I would be happier.
