Usually, it's whatever the URL to your main forum is, with /admincp/ at the end.
(Could it be that you have /forum and /admincp mixed up in your example?) |

Yep, that's what I meant.
(Although, you hiding your actual domain makes it pretty darned hard to guess what you might have decided to call your /forum/ folder). |

It's generally where your main site is, with /admincp/
For example... if you go to http://www.yoursitedomain.com/index.php for your main page, your site will be http://www.yoursitedomain.com/admincp. If you have ~.com/forum/index.php, then it'll be ~.com/forum/admincp |
