Is there anyway to change which individual usergroups can post in a closed thread? I have multiple levels of staff that moderate and I don't want a certain usergroup to be able to post in a closed thread

Moderators/Super Mods/Admins have permissions to post in closed threads. If you want to change this, you'd have to write a plugin to remove that permission from the usergroup.
