You need to have SSH access to your SQL server and repair that table. Its not an issue with vbulletin.

Borbole is right, no one is paying us to give you help ;-) 90% of the time the error tells you exactly what to do. You may need to use google also.

What kind of server do you have? Is it shared hosting?

You will need to contact your host. You will not be able to have SSH access.
