Description:
This modification detects the visitor's browsing language preference and automatically sets the forum language by language code. The detection can be overridden by selecting a different language from the dropdown selector.

Installation:

1. Import "product-language_detection.xml" as a product, overwrite if it's already installed

There are not settings.
When someone visits your site, this hack gets the browser language and searchs in the database if there is a language with the same "language code".

You can modify "language code" editing a language.

the forum prefers the browser language, not the language settings in my profile.

Is that correct?

e.g.:

In my profile I set "german" as default language. In my browser I set "english" as first language.
now it prefers always english - doesn't matter what I set in my profile...
