Game of the week (just a table to edit)?

I am requesting a mod for us video game forums out there. It's pretty much just a table to edit by hand if necessary. Based off the Movie of the week mod. The movie of the week mod grabs input from youtube,imdb and rotten tomato's I am just requesting the table and I will hand edit the youtube, poster and descripton by hand. Also if it is possible to be able to install it on a specific forum ID, that would be great.

Below is a picture of the table I am requesting with the same look and places to put game of the week stuff. if anyone even cares or feels kind enough to fulfill it. I am sure a lot of us game forums out there would love to see a Game of the month mod like this. Thanks ;/

^It just has to look like that, it does not have to function like the actual movie of the month I have no problem manually editing the code of the game of the week
