Approving moderated users and selecting usergroup...
I need a better solution.
Currently the new forum we are setting up will require us to determine the appropriate usergroup to assign a user to... as well as approve all users in moderation queue. This will be somewhat of a private forum with a limited number of users, but we will occasionally have new members, so it is not a major headache to approve each member and assign them to a usergroup, but it would be nice to have something more streamlined that what I have now. At the moment the "New User" email notification includes two links for me: Code:
New user: $username Assign Usergroup: http://www.ourdomain.com/moderator.php?$session[sessionurl]do=useroptions&u=$userinfo[userid] Moderate: http://www.ourdomain.com/admincp/user.php?do=moderate Email Address : $email Referrer: $referrer $customfields What would be nice is to first go to the Moderate link... approve them... and then have that page redirect to the AdminCP user account... which would require getting the Assign Usergroup link to be the redirect page after approval. Any ideas? Thanks! |
