COOKIE Domain?

Hi,
How do I set my cookie settings so that the cookie operates only for www.domain.com and domain.com?

The point is that, I need to setup a cookie free subdomain for static contents and my current settings is throwing cookies for all my subdomains.

Below is what I have as my current settings.
