Is there a way to keep new members from making a signature, until they have posted a respectable ammount of useful posts??

Im trying to reduce spamming in the signatures on my forum.

Emergency!!! im getting spammed out of my mind.

Create a new usergroup based off the Registered Usergroup and then promote all users from the Registered Usergroup to the New group after X post. Now remove signature permissions from the Registered Usergroup.
