Unlicensed user after change email

I'm licensed vB user from 2003. Few weeks ago I changed mail. After that I became unlicensed user.

Since I can't write messages on the forum or send a pm.
I have registered a different name in order to be able to write this message.

My original profile with problem:

I made the following steps:
-I changed my email on vBulletin.com (mail was validate)
-I authorise vBulletin.org
-I changed my email on vBulletin.org
-I used many times "Email Activation Codes" but never received an email (checked spam etc.)

Please check what happened and accept me as a licenced user
