How to send attachments with PMs?

I was quite stunned when I just found out that vB4 obviously does not support attachments in private messages. We have been using the ancient WBB2.3 before we switched to VB4. Even though we compared features before purchasing VB4, we obviously missed that one - supposing that such a fundamental feature is included in all modern forumm software.

However, our users are used to sending PMs with attachments included, is there any plugin that works under vB4?
