How to block registration through proxies by using DNSBL?

Hi,

is there a mod for VB4 that blocks registrations through and/or the use of (anonymous/open) proxy servers by relying on DNSBL or something like that? I have installed Glowhost spam-o-matic which does a good job preventing the forum from being spammed but I doubt it generally denies registration via proxy servers.
