How to set just the background color for the default blue theme?

I want to change the white area that is behind the forums and yellow banner area. With all the options now in VB4.0 which is the correct spot to do this. I want it to be blue as well. Thanks.

The white behind the forums might be the doc_background stylevar and the yellow bar might be the notices_background stylevar.
