Prevent concurrent Login to Same user account

I'm looking for a hack to prevent concurrent login to same user account. If a user1 already logged in, if there's a 2nd attempt to login to same account, they should get an error saying user1 is already logged in and deny the 2nd attempt or Kick off user1 thats already logged in.

Can this be done ?
