Making Threads & Post counter up to date

I've been deleting all sorts of spam in my forums, but my counters still show the old postcount and threadcount

But how do I reset or clear the counters?????

maintenance > update counters > update forum info and update thread info

EDIT: Ok I did it, but it still gives me too much, because I cleared the forums
