[Help] Cannot upgrade my Vbulletin

I have the 4.0.8 version and i ant to patch to the last version.

The problems commences when i put my customer number, appear:

        Customer number entered successfully.
        Redirecting...

And return me to the "Enter Customer Number" Screen.

I search in whole internet, perhaps its a cookie problem, i tried use the tools.php and the same result : i put the customer number, the tools appear, select one and return me to the "Put the customer number" screen.

Really its a painful work, i cant login to the my admincp / board too (and some members have the same problem).

I hope you help me to fix it.

Reupload all the files and then try again.

Also, when you uploaded tools.php, did you reset both the cookie domain and the cookie path?

Do you only have one customer number? (Some customers have more and have accidentally used the wrong customer number.)
