I want to set up something like what this website has: http://www.footballforum.com/

Down toward the middle of the page, he has a forum set up for each NFL team and he has got them grouped side-by-side horizontally, four at a time.

Is this a standard setting on VB that I just can't seem to find or is there a modification out there that does this? Sorry but I spent all day looking for this mod yesterday and couldn't find it - hoping someone can help me out.

It's definitely a mod... don't know if it was ever made for 4.x.
