Choose Random Person Add-ON

Hello all. I was wondering if there wan an add-on for vB that a member can choose to sign up for something... And at the end of the week, a random member is choose (done by the program) and the Admins can see who the program choose?

Or anything similar to this what-so-ever.

Thanks.
