Profile field multilingual?

Hello everyone!
I would like to change following in the profile fields:
Is it possible to add phrases or something for the profile field options?
Have a look to show you what I mean:

I would like to change "Example 1" in another language to "Blah Blah" , so that only Blah Blah will be displayed in the other language.
PS: Is it the right forum here?
