Word Wrap in first post of threads

I have noticed that the first post in threads have word wrap at around 10 to 15 spaces so only one or two words fit on a line and then it wraps to the next line. For example they look like this:

The
word
wrap is
on and
it is
extremely
annoying
to read
the post.

Can someone give me a hint or tell me how to fix this annoying thing. lol
