Shoutbox for each section and ban from single section

[Dakoom]

Hi

1) As far as you know, is there the possibility to have a shoutbox for each separate section of forum.

2) How i can allow to a moderator the possibility to ban an user from only his specific section?

Best regards
Dakoom

P.S. Sorry for double post, but in the previous thread, i didn't insert a good title.
