How To Show Total Post Count & Thread Count ?

I want to put total posts count & thread count at user's profile page..so, do anyone know, what is the coding / variable for that ? i use vb4.08

I want variable for

1 - Total Post count
2 - Total Thread count

Will be appreciate for any help..
