posting a message IE7 & VB4

when i am using IE7 with Vbulletin4 everytime i post a massage on my board(same for all my users) the all site lean to side left.

what do i mean? see file attached.

i tried to disable all mods and use default skin of vbulletin, but yet, the problem still exist.

any ideas?

(ive upgraded from vb3.8.6 to vb4.0.8 few days ago)
