Lurker Popup

Hi all,

Does anyone know of anything that works with 4.0.4 that will let a Lurker visit a page or two then open some sort of popup or message asking them to join us? I have seen this on many sites and we have a problem where we are getting hundreds of lurkers.

Obviously this is trying to convert lurkers to members.

Many Thanks in advance for any advice you may have.
