Usergroup Bar Meter Counter

Does anyone know if there is a way to make it so if you have a certain amount of users in a usergroup to show it like a Bar meter?

Here is what im trying to do..

I'm selling memberships as "Tickets" and once we get 100 tickets we will "raffle" the item off (100 people in that user group that they purchase through subscriptions). In the meantime it will show a graphic (Bar / Meter) in the thread or i can add it in the CMPS and people will know how close we are to meeting our goal of 100, Otherwise i can just manually update it but that would be a lot of work if i have like 10 contests going and people buying multiple times a day it wont be instant. Any ideaS? I would imagine there would be something we can do and this would be something for everyone to use. Let me know what you guys think!

I will settle with some kind of script to give me a counter everytime a certain subscription is purchased. That way people know how many "Subscriptions/Tickets" have been purchased. Some kind script for the counter.

I don't understand what you are doing. Are users using the Subscription system, or just joining a usergroup? And can't you just get a count of how many users are in usergroup a or b (the count is done in admincp/usergroup > do=modify)
