Can someone help me? I ran the repair tables about 25 times..it shows a few that it wont fix.

-The forum seems to be fine, except when I try to create a new forum, I get this error. Can someone point out what is wrong to me?

I have also recently installed a handfull of plugins. I have since disabled them all. Should I uninstall them. Could this be causing a problem or is this error caused by something else?
