Downloading Information from our Database

I've asked how to do this on a support ticket, but they say it's beyond the scope of what they can advise me on, so have suggested I try here, so here's hoping!

Basically, what I want to do is download to an Excel spreadsheet the following information.

1. Username
2. Usergroups the member is a member of.
3. Field 5 of our User Profile Fields.

Presumably I'll have to do this in PHP My Admin, but I haven't got a clue how.

I'll be your friend for life if you can help me.

Sounds like a major project. Consider hiring a coder if you can afford it (this won't be cheap). Or maybe try to think of a different way to accomplish whatever it is you're trying to do.
