long life forum in archive 2008/2007/200...
got a forum with big time history
Want to catch to archive all posts of last years in archives posts what was in 2010-2009 online - posts in 2008 -- in archive 2008 posts in 2007 - in archive 2007 how do that?

What do you mean by 'archive' them? You may create a new forum called "Archive 2008" and move a bunch of threads into it - is that what you are asking about?
