I was just wondering if there's any good way to ban users and disallow users to register base on ip, or the email domain name?

AdminCP, setting, options, User Registration options, scroll down to Allow Multiple Registrations Per User, click no.

I have that set, it's just they use different ip, and different email. However one user is doing like username1, username2, username3, and their emails are at username1@email.com, username2@email.com, with the email.com being an unpopular domain name, so might be their personal domain.

anyway I can block that domain address for email at the least?
