User Custom Avatar

I need a hack for User Custom Avatars. One that I can seclect that when a User reaches a certian post count, or regestration age, they can upload their own avatar (but not availible to other members int he avatar selection) and use it.

Im using 2.0.3.

Thanks in advance for any help.
